The primary training program at State 35 CrossFit is "“constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.” Our workouts changes every day, with a handful of benchmark workouts that are repeated periodically so we can measure your progress. The movements in classes will enhance your everyday life: playing with your kids, lifting things in the garage, or even carrying groceries. The intensity of each workout is relative to you, and this is where the magic happens. Your hard work, dedication to proper movement, and our expertise in coaching and program design will help you reach your goals.

The classes incorporate a warm-up, skill work, WOD-specific movement preparation, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down. The classes are led from start to finish by a certified and experienced coach. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, so don’t hesitate to jump onboard! CrossFit is for EVERYone!
