Our goal in out programming is proficiency in each of these areas. We use linear progressions (think cycles) towards these goals as long as progress is being made. In the event that progress slows, we introduce variance.
Our classes incorporate a warm-up, specific skill or strength work, conditioning, and accessory movements. The classes are led from start to finish by a certified and experienced coach so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, so don’t hesitate to jump onboard!
