Getting Started

 

Nice to meet you!

Are you ready to make a change? Start something fun and new? Transform your life? You're at the right place. No experience needed, and all ability levels welcome. Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

*If you are coming from another CrossFit affiliate, your Foundations classes can be waived. Please contact us to get started.*

Step One: Register for On-Boarding to get started. The On-Boarding consists of 3, one-on-one private training sessions with a Certified CrossFit Coach. This is where we will lay the foundation for long term progress, results, and friendship. You will learn proper and safe movement, and how it will better your lifestyle. You will soon learn that State 35 CrossFit is more than a gym, we are a family of support and encouragement.

Step Two: We will work with you to set goals. You probably have a couple in mind, so we’ll encourage you and hold you accountable so that you accomplish more than what you think is possible!

Step Three: Show up. Jump into classes, and meet your fellow athletes. You are now an athlete at State 35. You’ll be tired, sore and pushed to your limits, but most of all, you’ll have fun with the community that is working hard alongside you.
